What Google needs is not more engineering and 'efficiency', but to hire more people who actually understand humans and teach the rest of the organization how to do that. Maybe then they could stop 'deprecating' things on people's faces and destroying their businesses. They do that with impunity. And then they wonder why their new services and products aren't taking off...
