China doesnt have any issue with crumbling infrastructure because its infrastructure is not crumbling. Same with many other Asian countries or countries that actually had the sanity to not privatize everything. The only places where infrastructure is crumbling is the US and its satellites that privatized everything and as a result cannot afford to replace its infrastructure because it costs too much thanks to private sector gouging prices and the state does not have enough revenue to do that because of tax breaks to the rich and corporations anyway.
